The Supreme Court of Pakistan (SCP) has fixed the case related to auction of Tosha Khana gifts for hearing.
SCP will hear the appeal against the order of the Lahore High Court tomorrow.
In this regard, a 3-member bench headed by Justice Ijaz-ul-Ahsan will conduct the hearing, other judges include Justice Muneeb Akhtar and Justice Athar Minullah.
The Lahore High Court declared the government’s policy of auctioning Tosha Khana items to certain people illegal.
An appeal was filed against the decision of the Lahore High Court during the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) regime.
