Chairman PTI's sentence suspension request, Election Commission's lawyer refers to Indian court's decision


In the Islamabad High Court, the hearing on the suspension of the sentence of the chairman of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) in the Toshakhana case has started.

A bench consisting of Chief Justice Amir Farooq and Justice Tariq Jahangiri is conducting the hearing.

Chairman PTI’s lawyer Latif Khosa and Election Commission’s lawyer Amjad Pervez appeared in the court.

At the beginning of the hearing, Barrister Ali Zafar requested to allow a meeting with Chairman PTI.
