Unofficial and inconclusive results of all 72 seats in the by-local elections in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa have come out.
Independent candidates have been declared successful in 40 seats according to the unofficial unofficial results.
Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has been declared successful in 14 seats.
In the by-elections, Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam won 6 seats, Jamaat-e-Islami 5 and Awami National Party won 4 seats, while People’s Party won 2 seats and TLP won 1 seat.
By-elections were held in 21 districts of the province, including Peshawar, Nowshera, Charsadda, Khyber, Mardan, Kohat, Bannu, Dera Ismail Khan, Tank, Abbottabad.
According to the Election Commission, polling was also held today in the seats of Haripur, Mansehra, Bitgram, Torghar, Swat, Shangla, Malakand, Upper Dir, Lower Dir, Bajaur.
