A 12-year-old boy was killed by air firing during a wedding ceremony in Orangi Town area of Karachi.
The police could not arrest the suspect involved in the shooting. The boy’s body was shifted to Abbasi Hospital.
Despite the ban on aerial firing in Karachi, a 12-year-old boy lost his life due to open air firing at a wedding ceremony in Orangi Town Bukhari Colony.
According to the police, the dead boy Omar’s body was transferred to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital and the investigation started.
The dead boy was a relative of the groom, but it was not clear who fired the shots.
Crime Scene Unit has been called and evidence has been collected from the spot. Small arms were used in aerial firing and one bullet hit the dead boy standing on the roof.
If the relatives do not take legal action, the police will register a case of aerial firing incident.
