After the assassination of senior journalist John Muhammad Maher in Sukkur, negligence has been revealed in the hospital, on which the health department has formed an inquiry committee.
A 3-member inquiry committee has been set up by the health department on the negligence in the hospital. The committee headed by Dr. Shahabuddin will start the investigation tomorrow.
According to the notification, the committee will conduct an investigation and submit its report within 5 days.
It should be noted that on the night of August 13, journalist Jan Muhammad Maher was killed as a result of firing by unknown persons in Sukkur.
Senior journalist John Muhammad Maher was asked by the private hospital administration to take him to another hospital, at the time of the incident, the CT scan and MRI machines of Civil Hospital Sukkur were malfunctioning.
Journalist John Muhammad Maher was attacked on Queen’s Road on his way home from the office due to which he was injured and was shifted to a private hospital in critical condition, but he succumbed to his injuries at the hospital.
