Quetta: The price of sugar in the capital of Balochistan reached the highest level.
Due to the ongoing inflation in the country, the prices of sugar in Quetta went up and the shopkeepers started selling at arbitrary prices.
In Quetta, the price of one kg of sugar has reached the highest level of Rs.180 per kg, while the citizens have been shocked by the continuous increase in the prices of other food items.
Citizens say that despite the sale of goods at arbitrary prices by the shopkeepers, the administration is absent and no steps are being taken regarding the sale of goods at official rates.
The people have demanded the government to take steps to ensure the sale of goods at official rates.
