Rawalpindi: After electricity and gas, the protest against the huge increase in water bills is also continuing on the third day on behalf of Jamaat-e-Islami and business organizations.

A large number of citizens are present in the protest outside the WASA office. Addressing the participants on this occasion, the businessmen and leaders of Jamaat-e-Islami said that MD Vasa has increased the water bills by 500%. Vasa should reduce their concessions. MD Vasa says that Vasa will close the institution. Close the MD Vasa institution, the citizens will run away. Do not force or we will occupy the offices.

A large number of children also participated in the protest. The participants raised slogans against excessive electricity and water bills. The protesters demanded that ISCO and WASA roll back the hike in bills immediately.
