A woman lawyer approached the court against the owner of the institution and others in the case of allegedly not returning a pet cat given to a private institution for treatment.
Additional District and Sessions Judge Malir Karachi has sought a report of the incident from SHO Malir Cantt.
It has been stated in the application that on August 19, he gave his pet cat to the employee of a private institution for treatment, which had a minor injury on its leg.
The petitioner has said that when he went to take the cat back, he was shown the cat and was not allowed to come in. On August 21, the institution informed me that my cat had died.
The petitioner also says that when he asked for the dead body of the cat, it was not given, but threats were given, requesting the court to order a case against those responsible.
