In the Ahsanabad area of Karachi, the citizens tortured the K Electric staff.
The employees of K Electric registered a case against those involved in the violence.
Police officials say that an investigation into the incident has been launched, but no arrests have been made immediately.
When the team of KElectric in Sector One of Ahsanabad reached the information about the installation of Kanda, the citizens present there attacked the staff and subjected them to torture.
Meanwhile, one person also took out a pistol and hit the butt of the pistol on the head of one of the staff, seriously injuring him.
The staff said that during this time more people gathered and all of them tortured him.
According to the police officials, K Electric officials have registered a case against the people involved in the incident. The injured were shifted to the hospital where they are undergoing treatment.
The people involved in the violence have escaped from the area and raids are being conducted at various places to arrest them. The accused will be arrested soon.
