JUI’s delegation headed by Maulana Abdul Ghafoor Haidari reached the Election Commission.
Apart from this, a 3-member delegation of PTI under the leadership of Senator Ali Zafar has also reached the Election Commission.
Yesterday, Election Commission had invited Shehbaz Sharif, Chairman PTI, Maulana Fazlur Rehman and Asif Ali Zardari.
The Election Commission had written a letter to Chairman PTI and invited him on August 24 at 2 pm.
According to the sources, Election Commission had invited Maulana Fazlur Rahman on August 24 at 3 pm.
The Election Commission has invited PML-N President Shehbaz Sharif on August 25 at 11 am.
Besides, Pakistan People’s Party has been invited on August 29 at 3 pm and a letter has been sent to Asif Ali Zardari in this regard.
Sources say that the agenda of the meeting includes discussion on constituencies and electoral lists.
In the meeting, the holding of general elections and election schedule will be discussed.
