Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Pakistan Bar Council Hasan Raza Pasha has said that there should be no interference in the cases pending in the High Court.
Speaking outside the Supreme Court, Hasan Raza Pasha said that the subordinate court got the impression of direction from the observation of the Supreme Court, the lawyers of a political party are saying that the Supreme Court acquitted the PTI chairman.
He said that if this happened, it would be assumed that the acquittal was due to pressure, the judiciary should be apolitical and impartial.
Besides, Vice Chairman Pakistan Bar Haroon Al Rasheed said that Supreme Court Benches are favoring certain party, terming the trial court judge’s decision as wrong, giving the impression that the appeal is pending here.
