Russian President Vladimir Putin says that our actions in Ukraine are only to end the war.
Addressing the BRICS summit in Johannesburg via video link, President Putin said the war against the people of Donbas was launched by the West.
He said that the Ukraine crisis arose from the desire of some countries to maintain their supremacy and dominance in the world.
He further said that the 16th BRICS summit will be held in Kazan, Russia in October 2024.
It should be noted that the BRICS organization includes Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa.
