Pakistan Muslim League-N leader Ataullah Tarar has said that the Supreme Court should not have interfered in the Tosha Khana case at this stage, the case is being heard in the Islamabad High Court on the same grounds.
Talking to Geo News program Aaj Shahzeb Khanzada, he said that the Supreme Court has also revealed its opinion on the case.
Attaullah Tarar said that the trial court did not hurry, the hearing was held there for eleven months, Chairman PTI used to appear in the adjacent court, Tosha Khana did not come to the court of the case.
The League leader said that he filed 9 applications in the Islamabad High Court to delay the case, he wished that as the foreign funding case continued for 6 years, this case would also continue.
Attaullah Tarar further said that forty applications for pardon were approved with the presence of Chairman PTI.
