Rawalpindi: There was a drop scene in the case of rape of a woman in Benazir Bhutto General Hospital, in which the victim woman deviated from her statement.
Interim bail of the accused was granted after the plaintiff in the case refused to give her statement. The woman says that I was not raped in the hospital and no immoral video was made of me.
The plaintiff herself appeared in the court and denied the rape or indecent video statement, after which Additional District and Sessions Judge Ahsan Mahmood Malik granted interim bail to the accused. The court ordered the hospital employee, accused Faizan Saeed, to submit a surety bond of Rs 50,000 and said that the accused should join the investigation and the investigating officer should record the statement of the accused and the plaintiff and submit a report.
An affidavit has been submitted on behalf of the plaintiff woman, in which it has been stated that the suit and allegations are all a result of misunderstanding.
