Maryam Nawaz, chief organizer of Pakistan Muslim League (N) has said that thanks to Allah, the lives of all 8 people, including children, were saved.
In his statement, he said that the nation is grateful to the Special Services Group team, the Pakistan Army and the local administration.

Maryam Nawaz further said that she especially congratulates the parents of the children, may Allah bless everyone’s home.
It should be noted that all the 8 people trapped in the chair lift in UC Batangi Pashto of Tehsil Alai of District Butgram of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa have been rescued safely.
2 children were evacuated by helicopter while 6 persons were rescued in ground operation.
