72 bakers were arrested for selling underweight bread in Peshawar. A crackdown is on against bakers selling underweight bread in the city.
Deputy Commissioner Shah Fahad says that more than 230 bakery shops were inspected across the city, the weights and prices of bread were checked in the shops.
Shah Fahad said that 72 bakers were arrested for selling low weight bread while 13 shops were sealed.
The Deputy Commissioner also said that action was taken against the bakers in Kohat Road, Charsadda Road, Dalzak Road, Warsak Road and other areas.
