The bench of the Supreme Court was changed for the second time in the case against the nomination of Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) in the case of lawyer Abdul Zaraq Shar who was killed in Quetta.
The first bench constituted to hear the petition of Chairman PTI was reinstated.
According to the Supreme Court’s new cause list, Justice Musrat Hilali will be a part of the 3-member bench.
In the cause list issued on Friday, the hearing bench was changed on the request of Chairman PTI.
Justice Muhammad Ali Mazhar was included in the Supreme Court bench in place of Justice Musrat Hilali.
A 3-member bench headed by Justice Yahya Afridi will hear the case on July 24.
Justice Mazahir Naqvi is also a part of the 3-member bench of the Supreme Court.
The Supreme Court has called PTI chairman in his personal capacity for bail in the lawyer murder case.
