Rawalpindi: The Additional District and Sessions Judge has issued a written order for pre-arrest bail of Chairman PTI in the case registered in Shehzad Town police station.
Additional District and Sessions Judge Farrukh Fareed Baloch wrote in the written judgment that it is ridiculous that the Chairman PTI himself faked his illegal arrest to execute a violent secret plan.
The judgment said that no clause has been so misinterpreted or misused as the incitement clause. A nexus must be established between the act of incitement and the commission of the crime.
The judgment said that it is necessary to prove that the offense was committed as a result of provocation. It is an admitted fact that Chairman PTI was in the custody of NAB at the time of commission of the crime.
The judgment said that this action shows malicious and nefarious motives on the part of the police. The purpose of handing over the petitioner to the police would be nothing but an unnecessary humiliation. The court approves PTI chairman’s pre-arrest bail on a bond of Rs 5,000.
