It has been decided to make flag march and snap checking more effective during Muharram in Karachi.
A security meeting was held at the Rangers headquarters under the chairmanship of DG Rangers in which the law and order situation and Muharram arrangements were reviewed.
In this regard, the Rangers spokesperson said that the Commissioner, Additional IG and Additional IG Operations also participated in the meeting.
According to Rangers spokesperson, security measures and action plan were approved in the meeting.
The spokesperson says that people and scholars should cooperate with the law enforcement agencies to maintain peace in Muharram.
