The prime minister strongly condemned another shameful act of insulting the Quran in Sweden

Islamabad: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has strongly condemned another incident of desecration of Holy Quran in Sweden.

Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif has said in a statement that from the platform of OIC, he will create a common strategy to remedy this evil, OIC has to play a historic role in interpreting the feelings of the Muslim Ummah and stopping this evil.

He said that he will conduct a campaign to change the decision to allow the desecration of the Torah, the Bible and the Holy Quran. The desecration of holy books, persons and rituals is not the freedom of expression to constantly torment the world.

Shahbaz Sharif said that the sequence and sequence of events is proof that this is not an expression but a part of a political and satanic agenda, the entire Islamic world and the Christian world must stop this conspiracy together.

He said that the followers of Satan are desecrating the book which gave rights and guidance to human beings. The decision to allow the desecration of the Torah and the Gospel encouraged desecrators.

The Prime Minister said that this is the promotion of hatred, which is not allowed by international law, these attitudes of inciting religious sentiments and inciting violence are fatal to the peace of the world. These behaviors are highly abhorrent and condemnable both legally and morally.

Meanwhile, the spokesperson of the Foreign Office has said in a statement that Pakistan strongly condemns another act of public desecration of the Holy Quran in Sweden.

The spokesperson said that provocative actions based on religious hatred cannot be allowed under the guise of freedom of expression and protest. International law prohibits hatred and discrimination based on religion or belief.

Spokesperson of the Foreign Office said that Pakistan demands the international community to isolate those who spread religious hatred. The international community should promote mutual respect, tolerance and harmony among religions, beliefs and cultures.

The spokesperson of the Foreign Office said that it is expected that the Swedish authorities will take all necessary measures to prevent hatred and incitement. Islamophobic incidents have hurt the feelings of more than 2 billion Muslims around the world.
