Peshawar: Governor Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, after nerve-wracking consultation and waiting, finally signed the summary sent by caretaker Chief Minister Azam Khan regarding the dismissal of Caretaker Minister of Industry and Technical Education Adnan Jalil from the cabinet, with which the Caretaker Minister has resigned from his post. .

Governor Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Haji Ghulam Ali twice returned the summary sent by the Chief Minister regarding the dismissal of caretaker minister Adnan Jalil from his post, but now he has signed the summary.

Under Article 105 of the Constitution, the Governor is bound to follow the advice of the Cabinet and the Chief Minister, keeping in mind the Governor signed the summary.

In this regard, it was clarified by Awami National Party that the name of caretaker provincial minister has been withdrawn by ANP. Why did you give up?

The ANP further said that there were continuous complaints against the concerned minister and the governor at major party forums, forcing the party to withdraw its proposed name for caretaker minister, Haji Adeel of the Awami National Party. Proud was, is and always will be, keeping in mind the services of Haji Adeel, the party proposed his son’s name as caretaker minister.

According to the sources, after the dismissal of Adnan Jalil from the cabinet, constitutionally there is a scope to make one more minister a part of the cabinet, for which the name of Special Assistant for Sports and Youth Mutiullah has been finalized.

Mutiullah will soon take the oath of the ministry, which is being handed over the portfolio of the department of industry and craft in addition to the departments already held by him.

Apart from this, the name of Ashrafullah Dawar from Waziristan has been proposed by the provincial president of ANP Amil Wali as a special assistant who will be given the portfolio of technical education department while being part of the government team.
