The railway administration says that the train split into two parts while moving from one track to another due to high speed, but there was no loss of life and the passengers in the rear parts of the train were evacuated from the affected bogie.
It has been said by the administration that the rescue work has been started by the railway workers while the traffic from Hyderabad to Karachi was suspended due to the accident. , Qaraqram Express and Millat Express among other vehicles were affected.
