Chairman PTI and Bushra Bibi challenged the Sessions Court’s decision that the Nikah case can be heard during Eid in the Islamabad High Court.
In the petition filed in the Islamabad High Court, the stand has been taken that the complaint against Chairman PTI and Bushra Bibi is not admissible.
It has been argued in the petition that Chairman PTI and Bushra Bibi are legally married.
The petitioners are of the view that the purpose of the complaint is to malign the honor of Chairman PTI and Bushra Bibi.
It has been requested on behalf of Chairman PTI and Bushra Bibi that the court annuls the decision of the civil judge regarding the private complaint and admissibility of the complaint against Chairman PTI and Bushra Bibi.
It should be noted that the Sessions Court has summoned Chairman PTI yesterday while declaring the marriage case admissible during Eid.
