The District and Sessions Court of Additional Sessions Judge Humayun Dilawar of Islamabad, while hearing the Tosha Khana case against Chairman PTI, reserved its decision on 2 petitions.
During the hearing, Election Commission of Pakistan’s lawyer Amjad Parvez and Chairman PTI’s lawyer Gohar Ali Khan appeared in the court.
Gohar Ali Khan filed a request for exemption of Chairman PTI from attendance for today, while Election Commission’s lawyer Amjad Parvez raised objection to Chairman PTI’s request for exemption.
Amjad Parvez, the lawyer of the Election Commission, objected that the petition of Chairman PTI did not have his signature.
Lawyer Gohar Ali said to Amjad Parvez, “What is your hurry?” Stop! The accused should be given full legal rights in the trial.
Judge Humayun Dilawar said that it was not better to attach the transfer request filed in the Islamabad High Court.

On this occasion, lawyer Gauhar Ali Khan showed Judge Humayun Dilawar’s Facebook posts in the court.
Judge Humayun Dilawar said that you don’t think that there should be a judicial inquiry? What are the forensics of these Facebook posts? You don’t think their forensics is necessary?
Lawyer Gauhar Ali Khan said that I was very sad when I saw these posts, I have seen all the posts on Facebook, there is a question of fair trial in Toshakhana case.
Judge Humayun Dilawar asked him why he did not take these Facebook posts to the judicial inquiry.
Lawyer Gauhar Ali Khan said that I was hoping that the court would reject these posts.

Lawyer Gauhar Ali Khan said that you could have conducted a judicial inquiry, you could have gone to the Supreme Court, whether the posts are correct or not, it is not right for the court to conduct a trial, if you filed a transfer application in the Islamabad High Court, then the Facebook content. Amjad Pervez, the lawyer of the Election Commission, argued that Chairman PTI has already filed a transfer request, Chairman PTI does not have the same confidence in your court, the character of your court.
