Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Khyber Pakhtunkhwa parliamentarians issued a statement.
The statement said that the ruling party for 10 years has left the politics of the province.
It said that a new political party was formed in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, the name of the party is Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Parliamentarians (PTIP).
It said that senior politician Pervez Khattak has been appointed as the head of the new party.
The declaration said that former Chief Minister KP Mehmood Khan, former ministers and dozens of members joined the party.
It also said that more than 57 MLAs associated with the previous government are included in the new party, adding more members of PTI parliamentarians.
In the declaration, it was stated that the formation of the new party on the tragedy of May 9 resulted in differences and protests in the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI).
It said that political leaders in the new party are holding the former prime minister responsible for the May 9 tragedy.
In the statement of PTIP, it was said that the anti-national agenda of Chairman PTI was rejected by the people and the leadership of the party, on the tragedy of May 9, patriotic politicians parted ways with PTI.
It also stated that former provincial minister Ishtiaq Armad became part of PTI parliamentarians. Former provincial adviser Ziaullah Bangash, former member of provincial assembly Ifthar Mashwani also joined the party.
It was stated in the declaration that former member of National Assembly from Peshawar Shaukat Ali also joined, former members of National Assembly from Dera Ismail Khan Yaqub Shaikh and Akram Ikram Gandapur also joined the new party.
