Light rain forecast for the next 3 days

The Meteorological Department has predicted that Monsoon winds are likely to enter the eastern parts of Sindh from July 19, under which there is a possibility of drizzle and light rain in Karachi in the next 3 days.

The Meteorological Department has predicted more monsoon rains this week, saying that monsoon winds will enter upper and central regions tomorrow night, intensifying on July 19.

From the evening of July 19 to July 22 or 23, rain is also likely to occur in Tharparkar, Umarkot, Mirpur Khas, Sukkur, Larkana and Jacobabad in various cities of Sindh.

Rain is expected in Karachi, Hyderabad, Thatta, Sajawal and Badin from July 20 to 22, during which the maximum temperature in Karachi is expected to reach 35 degrees Celsius.

According to the Meteorological Department, there is a possibility of rain with thunder in Kashmir, Gilgit-Baltistan, Murree, Guliyat and Islamabad from tomorrow.

Rain with strong winds and thunder is expected in Punjab and KP, while intermittent rain is also expected in Balochistan and Sindh.

Due to the heavy rain, there is a risk of inundation of the low-lying areas, while there is also a risk of landslides in the hilly areas including Murree and Galiyat.

The Meteorological Department has directed the citizens, especially the tourists, to take precautionary measures while the relevant institutions remain alert.
