During the visit of Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi to the United Arab Emirates (UAE), three memorandums of understanding were signed between the two countries on trade payments in local currencies and in the field of education.
According to Indian media, Prime Minister Modi met Crown Prince Sheikh Khalid bin Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan in Abu Dhabi.
In the meeting, a memorandum of understanding was signed between India and the UAE for commercial payments in local currencies, rupees and dirhams.
A memorandum of understanding on opportunities in the education sector was also signed.
International and bilateral issues were also discussed in the meeting. Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi arrived in the United Arab Emirates today on a one-day visit.
