Sindh Energy Minister Imtiaz Shaikh has said that there are reports that the Nepra Act is being amended through an ordinance.
In this regard, Imtiaz Shaikh says that the provinces have serious reservations about the amendments in the Nepra Act, without removing which the ordinance is unacceptable.
The provincial minister has said that the amendments in the Nepra Act will destroy the right of the provinces.
Imtiaz Sheikh further says that stakeholders and provinces should be taken into confidence before the amendments.
