Brussels: The European Parliament passed a resolution condemning ethnic and religious violence and human rights violations against minorities in India.
According to the international news agency, the determination of the European Parliament has also been expressed They will continue to raise their voices against restrictions on freedom of expression and religious freedom in India.
The resolution calls on European governments and the international community to link all areas of trade and partnership between the EU and India to the provision of human rights and to conduct independent investigations into human rights violations in India.

The European Parliament has also demanded the Indian government to stop religious and ethnic violence against minorities and provide them full protection at the state level.
