Citizens of Pakistan and Iran will be able to travel to each other’s countries in their own vehicles.
This year pilgrims will go to Iran in buses and their own cars from Sindh, reaching Chabahar from Karachi.
A delegation headed by Consul General of Iran Hasan Noorin met Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah, in which they agreed to work together in the health and transport sectors.
The Sindh Chief Minister said that he will request the Foreign Minister to talk about opening the Karachi-Chabahar route.
The Iranian Consul General said that 3,000 buses are needed to transport the pilgrims.
