The District and Sessions Court of Islamabad dismissed the request for exemption from attendance filed by Chairman PTI in the Tosha Khana case. today Approved last time.

During the hearing, the complainant District Election Commissioner Waqas Malik, Election Commission lawyer Saad Hasan and Chairman PTI’s lawyer Niazullah Niazi appeared in the court room.
Lawyer Niazullah Niazi told the court that an application has been filed in the Islamabad High Court.
Judge Humayun Dilawar inquired where the accused is.
Lawyer Niazullah Niazi replied that the chairman will apply for exemption from PTI’s first appearance.
Lawyer Saad Hasan said that both the witnesses of the Tosha Khana case have reached the court for testimony.
Judge Humayun Dilawar told Chairman PTI’s lawyer that you are a criminal lawyer, the case has been pending for 7 months, have you ever seen that the case has been going on for 7 months and the accused has come to the court only once?
On this occasion, a request for exemption from today’s attendance was filed by Chairman PTI.
Judge Humayun Dilawar said in his order that he is granting exemption from attendance on the basis of filing an application in the Islamabad High Court, submit the decision of the application filed in the Islamabad High Court by 11:30, request for exemption from attendance today. I approve for the last time, action will be taken as per law from tomorrow.
Along with this, Additional Sessions Judge Humayun Dilawar adjourned the hearing till 11:30.
It should be noted that yesterday the decision of the trial court to declare the Tosha Khana case admissible was once again challenged by Chairman PTI in the Islamabad High Court.
In the petition filed on his behalf, it has been requested to declare the decision of the Sessions Court of July 8 null and void.
It should be noted that Additional Sessions Judge Humayun Dilawar had declared the Tosha Khana criminal case admissible.
