Tehran: An Iranian court sentenced popular rapper Tomaj Salehi to 6 years and 3 months in prison for participating in protests in the country last year.
According to Al Jazeera’s report, the Twitter account burned by supporters of Tomaj Salehi was informed about the punishment. The Iranian authorities have refrained from commenting on this issue.
