The District and Sessions Court Islamabad issued a detailed decision on the admissibility of the Tosha Khana case.
The Additional Sessions Judge has issued a detailed 18-page judgment in which it has been said that the Election Commission has directed legal action against the accused.
In the detailed decision, the court has said that the authority letter from the Secretary Election Commission has also been attached with the complaint, the Election Commission has authorized the District Election Commissioner to file the complaint.
The court has said in a detailed decision that the district election commissioner appeared in the court in person or through a lawyer at every hearing, it is the jurisdiction of the court to see the details of every action of the public office holders.
In the detailed decision, the court has also said that the Election Commission is a constitutional institution, it is also a constitutional duty to prevent corrupt practices along with elections, no individual is immune from accountability, especially when it comes to fraud.
