India’s rising star actor Karthik Aaryan has ventured into the real estate business, recently buying an apartment worth crores of rupees.
According to Indian media reports, Karthik Aaryan bought an apartment worth 17.5 crores in Mumbai.
It is being told that it is possibly in the Siddhi Vinayak building in the Presidency Cooperative Society in Juhu, a posh area of Mumbai.
Earlier, a report claimed that Karthik has rented Shahid Kapoor’s house and is paying a monthly rent of Rs 7.5 lakh.
Media reports are also claiming that Karthik has his own house on the eighth floor of the said building, while the new apartment is on the second floor of the building.
According to a report, Karthik’s new Mumbai apartment has an area of 1916 sq.ft. Deal’s transfer deed showed a stamp duty of Rs 1 crore 5 lakh while the property papers were registered on June 30.
