The Punjab government has decided to audit private hospitals on alleged scams in the use of health facility cards.
According to caretaker health minister Dr. Javed Akram, the hospitals performing unnecessary operations will be traced, private hospitals will be audited by the Punjab Healthcare Commission.
Dr. Javed Akram says that there will be a clinical audit of the private hospitals on the panel of the health facility card.
