Moscow: Six people were killed and two were injured in a fire after an explosion at an explosives factory in Russia.
According to the World News Agency, this factory of explosive materials was located in the Samara region of central Russia. 8 people were seriously injured in the blast who were shifted to a nearby hospital where 6 people died during treatment.
2 injured in the explosion are admitted in the intensive care ward, one of them is said to be in a critical condition. More than 1300 employees were present in the factory at the time of the explosion.
The police said that the blast in the factory was caused due to the breakdown of equipment during the repair work. Action will be taken against those who are negligent and negligent.
It should be noted that since the war in Ukraine, factories manufacturing explosives have been overworked. In this factory too, the production of explosives was at its peak.
