Despite the passage of 3 days, no trace of this year’s biggest robbery of 7.5 crore rupees was found at a jeweler’s shop in Clifton area of Karachi.
According to Clifton Police, the incident took place on the afternoon of February 4 at a jewelery shop on Zamzamah Commercial Street in Clifton Phase 5.
Case No. 64/23 of the incident was registered against the owner of the shop, Nasreen Abdul Khaliq.
According to the incident, 2 suspects, aged between 35 and 40, wearing pant shirts, entered the shop under the pretext of buying nose cloves, who pulled out weapons and took them hostage during the negotiation.
According to the woman, one of the armed accused tied her hands and mouth with tape, while the other accused took her with him and robbed the store of Rs 50 lakh in cash and various gold ornaments, sets and biscuits worth Rs 7 lakh. .
According to the plaintiff, the accused locked her and the employee in the shop and fled by putting the stolen money and gold in their school bag.
According to the Clifton Police, a case of the incident was registered on the day of the incident, which is being investigated by the Investigation Department, however, despite the passage of 3 days, the culprits could not be traced.
