A young man was killed and another injured in the firing of motorcyclists in Azam Basti area of Karachi.
In the CCTV video, two motorcycle-riding suspects can be seen firing indiscriminately at the person who got out of the car.
Another person in the car also opened fire on the accused, the victim’s brother says that Salman was receiving threats and was killed after the chase.
According to the police, more than a dozen bullet casings were recovered from the crime scene.
The youth who died in the firing of the accused has been identified as Salman, while his friend Kamran has been injured.
Asif, the brother of the victim, while talking to Geo News, said that the brother was coming home from the car when 2 accused on a motorcycle arrived.
The accused started shooting at Kamran one after another, bullet marks are also on the walls and doors of the street.
The deceased’s brother Asif said that Salman was allegedly threatened by Magsi group some time ago.
According to the CCTV footage of the incident, the accused shot at Salman one after the other, after firing 7 to 8 shots, when he started to escape, the victim’s friend opened fire on the accused from the car, injuring one of the accused. However, he still escapes by sitting on a motorcycle with his partner.
