Islamabad: The Islamabad Healthcare Regulatory Authority has stopped Shafi Hospital from performing operations and C-sections in the case of burns on the legs of a newborn girl in a private hospital in Islamabad.
According to Express News, a preliminary report has been compiled on the incident of a newborn girl being disabled in Islamabad, in which it has been said that the fire caused by a broken light bulb seems to be a “fabricated story”, the temperature of the incubator increased, and the girl died. While suspending the services of the private hospital, the Islamabad Healthcare Regulatory Authority said in the report that all the evidence related to the incident has been destroyed.

Officials of the authority visited this private hospital located on Lahtrar Road and in the preliminary report said that the hospital is not registered with the authority, no temperature chart was available during the inspection of the hospital, no corrective measures were taken by the management. , the situation in the operation theater is also very sad.
The initial report said that several violations of relevant rules were found in the hospital, and no procedure will be done in the operation theater of the hospital until further orders.
