Saudi Arabia has strongly condemned the desecration of the Holy Quran in Sweden.
According to the Saudi media from Riyadh, the Swedish ambassador was summoned to the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs to record the protest.
The Saudi media further says that the Swedish ambassador was protested and asked to declare desecration of the Holy Quran as a serious crime.
According to Saudi media, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Saudi Arabia said that the desecration of the Holy Quran in Sweden is a heinous act and unacceptable.
The Saudi Foreign Ministry further said that the Swedish government should stop all events that directly contradict the global efforts to spread tolerance.
