Successful test of mosquito-killing drone in America

California: A unique task has been taken from drones in America. This time they are spraying mosquitoes with extraordinary success.

Small particles have been sprayed by drones on ponds, wetlands and submerged grasses in southern California. These particles contain bacteria that kill mosquito larvae. Its purpose is to prevent mosquitoes from reaching humans.

Every year after the rains in California, large numbers of mosquitoes become a lifesaver for humans. This is the reason why University of California experts have created drones to destroy mosquito nurseries in this marshy area. In this area of 2000 square kilometers, three times more mosquitoes are produced than in normal areas.

Drones also go to places where humans cannot reach. A drone can spray an area of two minutes per acre. Interestingly, drones do not harm native birds.

Drones drop particles containing bacteria, which the larvae eat, causing the larvae to die quickly. In this way mosquitoes are being destroyed in the process of becoming insects.

It should be noted that despite all the development in this area, the rate of mosquito infestation is very high. Now drone technology is helping to overcome this.
