Amir Jamaat-e-Islami Pakistan Siraj-ul-Haq has said that Islamophobia is spreading like cancer, the Muslim world should formulate an action plan.
In a statement issued from Lahore, Sirajul Haq expressed his great sorrow over the desecration of the Holy Quran in Sweden and said that this impure act of courage is too little to be condemned.
He said that the government should register a protest in front of the ambassador of Sweden. The sad thing is that the Stockholm police allowed the desecration.
Amir Jamaat-e-Islami further said that the Muslim rulers have failed to take a lively stance on these actions.
He said that 2 billion Muslims’ hearts are wounded by insulting Islamic rituals, Islamophobia is spreading like cancer, Muslim world should formulate a plan of action.
