Islamabad: (PNP Update) Ministry of Energy has claimed to restore all the grid stations after power was suspended for several hours due to major power breakdown across the country.
According to the Ministry of Energy, all grid stations across the country have been restored, out of 1112 grid stations, electricity has been restored at all grid stations.

According to the Ministry of Energy officials, it may take 48 to 72 hours to restore the system of 6600 MW of coal and 3500 MW of nuclear power plants. Up to 4 thousand MW is facing shortfall.
It should be remembered that electricity supply was suspended in many cities of the country including Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad due to the breakdown in the morning yesterday, which is still being fully restored.

48 to 72 hours are required.
So till then 2 to 4 hours of load management may have to be done.
