Islamabad: (Web Desk) President of the country Dr. Arif Alvi has said that to ensure 100% enrollment of children in schools and to ensure rapid socio-economic development of the country and the nation, to promote preventive health procedures. New and innovative solutions should be adopted.

Talking to National Commission for Human Development (NCHD) Chairman Colonel (Rtd) Dr. Ameerullah Marwat, the President said that only 68 percent of the country’s children are enrolled in schools at the primary level. New and innovative solutions need to be adopted to ensure 100% enrollment of children.

Arif Alvi said that in order to ensure the rapid socio-economic development of the people and the country, preventive health measures must be promoted, it is necessary to ensure 100% enrollment of children in schools, in this regard education should be given to as many children as possible. Mosques can be used as schools from Fajr to Dhuhr to provide, where possible, hybrid methods of education should be used.

The President also stressed on the need to implement education provision, formal and non-formal education and skill development programs at the local level and said that modern information technology tools should be adopted to provide valuable skills to the youth. Arif Alvi said that the intelligence, knowledge and skills of people with high abilities in other fields including doctors, engineers, IT experts have to be utilized, concrete measures are necessary to stop the brain drain of valuable human resources, Pakistani immigrants Home countries are contributing to the development of their host countries.
