Riyadh: Saudi Arabia’s National Statistics Authority has said that this year in Arafat field More than 1,845,000 pilgrims had the privilege of listening to the Hajj sermon.
According to the National Saudi Statistics Authority, 1845 thousand 45 pilgrims gathered in Arafat, of which 1660 thousand 915 were foreigners while 184 thousand 130 were locals.
It should be noted that the pilgrims stayed in Mina last night and after performing the Fajr prayer, they reached Arafat Square and listened to the Hajj sermon from the Nimra Mosque.

This year, Sheikh Yusuf bin Muhammad Saeed delivered the Hajj sermon. Those who said that Allah Ta’ala has ordered Muslims to be united and has forbidden sects to be divided, all Muslims should be united.
After the Hajj sermon, the pilgrims performed Zuhr and Asr prayers together in congregation and then they left for Jabal Rahmat.
