Latif Khosa has said that there is a report of the International Court of Justice on the proceedings of military courts.
Speaking to the media outside the Supreme Court in Islamabad, Aitzaz Ahsan’s lawyer Latif Khosa said that the Attorney General has told the Supreme Court that the trial in the military courts has not yet started and the matter is still under preliminary investigation.
Latif Khosa said that 646 cases were tried against 645 people in 3 years, out of which 645 were convicted, the trial of civilians in military courts is very important for the people.
He said that these civilians who requested this on our behalf are being kept in custody for no reason, it has nothing to do with the army, we will talk about the issue of civilians.
