Healthy people can eat one pound of meat a day, while cholesterol, diabetes and heart disease patients can eat half a pound of meat.

Professor Zaman Sheikh, former professor of medicine at Dow University, told this in a conversation. Professor Zaman Sheikh said that meat contains the best proteins, young children, girls should eat meat, meat contains iron, zinc, vitamins that cause increase in blood, it will be better to use parallel diet on the occasion of Eid al-Adha Spicy meats cause acidity in the stomach, consumption of cold drinks with meat causes acidity, people with kidney problems should avoid eating meat, spicy and chili foods cause health problems. , so consuming curd with a balanced diet will be beneficial.
