The Accountability Court of Islamabad has reserved its decision regarding the jurisdiction of the Accountability Court in the LNG reference against former Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi.
Judge Muhammad Bashir of the Accountability Court will pronounce the verdict on July 10.
NAB has given a statement to transfer the LNG reference to the court of Special Judge Central.
The NAB Prosecutor has said that after the NAB Amendment Ordinance, it is the jurisdiction of FIA, the jurisdiction of Reference Special Judge Central Islamabad.
The court accepted Shahid Khaqan Abbasi’s plea for exemption from today’s appearance.
