Civilians’ appeals against trial in military courts will be heard again today, a 7-member larger bench headed by Chief Justice Umar Atta Bandial will hear.
Tehreek-e-Insaf Law Minister Farogh Naseem has become Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif’s lawyer.
The Prime Minister has appointed him as his counsel in appeals against the trial of civilians in military courts.
The Chief Justice has declared that he can decide the case by Tuesday.
