The police investigation is ongoing on the incident of the girl’s dead body being found in Karachi’s Jinnah Hospital. The girl’s husband was detained by the police.
There has been progress in the police investigation regarding the dead body of the girl found in Jinnah Hospital.
According to Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) South District Asad Raza, the girl’s husband Adil has been detained by the police. The mother-in-law’s statement has been recorded, the statement was later rejected by the police.
According to the police, the girl’s father has also contacted the police, who has left for Karachi from Okara in Punjab, a case will be registered in the light of the father’s statement.
The SSP says that if the father does not file a case, the police will file a case against the government. The police have not yet received any concrete information regarding the girl’s mobile phone.
The incident of finding the body of the girl took place on Saturday morning, where a man and a woman in a car left the body of the girl in Jinnah Hospital and escaped.
According to the police, the search for the woman who brought the body to the hospital is still going on, the said car was obtained on rent, further investigation of the incident is going on.
